I hope all is well with you. We had completed the comment cards with each guide and so hopefully they will have been some use to you in improving you service going forward. We had a really wonderful trip and wanted to thank you for you assistance and service throughout. As mentioned in our comments there are a few things which we felt could have been better and as you have asked I will put down a few pointers which I feel are valid and will assist you when planning a similar trip for future guests. Our first hotel The Riverside in Saigon,the room we had been first offered was a bit smelly so we upgraded to the River View room,we would have expected given the cost of the tour that we would have been given this room as standard. Our second room was nice a little dated but the hotel is very well located and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. My comment would be to ensure your guests are put on the riverside in future,I’m sure no one will have an issue paying the $20 extra it cost us?

The other hotel we felt could have been better was the Golden Sand,again the rooms were musty smelling and the beds not at all comfortable. I would not recommend this as part of a tour. Siem Reap,the Borei Angkor was also a bit dated and I would have preferred a different more up to date alternative as we had 4 nights here also their Dinner menu was not very good. Kampong Thom,Sambor Village,was not a very good standard and you are open to the elements as the roofs are straw and do not provide any protection from the insects which come in to your room at night. I understand this area is not very well developed from a tourism point so we accepted that as it was only for one night,I would advise that you check out some alternatives.
On the positive side the Pilgrimage Village was superb we would have happily spent another night here and it might be an option to offer a 1 night rest day to guests in the future this would have been an option we would have really benefitted from after a week of intensive travelling. The Sofitel in Hanoi was beautiful,the Cruise was sensational and the Intercontinental was nice.
Our guides were all very nice and well informed and we are very happy to have taken this trip. We both very much enjoyed our holiday and thank you to your team for looking after us. As I said over all we had a fantastic time and I hope my comments will help you to improve your service for other guests.

We plan to visit Vietnam somewhere in Nov,light &easy kind of family tour or group of friend the first time (cultural/education/discovery of your country). if we want to add Laos &Cambodia then what will be the cost,may be you can recommend in 2 quotation:Vietnam alone and Vietnam with additional 2 countries. Please recommend to us,we need help from you for ground tour arrangement (hotel/places to visit &etc). We were very,very happy with your service

 I hope that you remember myself from when we travelled to Sa Pa from Hanoi. I travelled with my wife,daughter and her friend in July this year. We were very,very happy with your service. We are returning to Vietnam next year in August/September and we are hoping that you can assist us. We will be in Guangzhou and Hong Kong and would like to fly or travel back into Hanoi and up to Sa Pa. Can you please make suggestions or bookings for us to travel from Guangzhou or Hong Kong into Hanoi? We will also be travelling to Sa Pa again. There will be four of us again.

Thank you very much for all of your help with our journey in Vietnam. We appreciate your excellent service and your attention to all the details. The trip to Halong Bay was wonderful and we are very glad that we chose the three day/two night option since it gave us a lovely day on the boat (we were able to swim from the boat) and we really enjoyed the kayaking too. We were very happy with the rooms and the service on the Violet. Your driver to and from the boat was courteous and on time. We also enjoyed the stop at the government run craft places. Thank you too for the excellent service we received from Quin and the driver for our two days of tours to the Perfume Pagoda and Tam Coc. We enjoyed both days very much. Please thank both Quin and the driver once again for the wonderful time that we had together. We will definately pass on your name to any friends who come to visit Vietnam.
