Dear Ms Hai Yen,

How's everything in Hanoi? Finally I have some free time to sit down and write this feedback which is due:o) Have been busy with housework especially doing the laundry (plenty of dirty clothes to wash after the holiday) ! Firstly my husband and I would like to say thank you for the wonderful arrangement and services rendered during our holiday in Hanoi. The tour guides provided are punctual,courteous and helpful:o) We really like the hotels in terms of location and facilities (like the big head shower and the internet connectivitiy). The view from Sapa View Hotel is breathtaking and beautiful. Thanks for introducing this hotel to us. Overall we had a wonderful time in Vietnam. If given the opportunity we will definitely come back for another visit and will also recommend your travel services to our friends and family.

Can we confirm as follows. 23/04 - 26/04 - please book Hoi An Trail Resort as suggested - family room for 3 nights. 23/04 - please book flights 14.40 HAN arriving DAD 13.35 and returning on 26/04 DAD 16.55 arriving HAN 18.05. X 5 tickets. 26/04 - please confirm with Mr Tran that we are on overnight train to Sapa 27/04 - 29/04 - please book Chau Long hotel as recommended. Can you request an extra bed in the twin room please? 29/04 - please confirm with Mr Tran that we are booked on overnight train to Hanoi 30/04 - please book Boss Hotel. Can you also arrange the following: - airport pick up and drop off from Da Nang. - airport pick up from Hanoi to train station - pick up from train station in Laocai to hotel - pick up from train station to hotel in Hanoi - airport drop off from hotel in Hanoi We would also like to book a guide in Sapa - should we arrange that through the hotel when we get there? Thanks for your help with this. Please advise the total cost of the trip and how we can pay you - we would prefer to wire transfer US$. Also do you need all our names for booking the flights?

We arrived at home on the 27th late everything went well. I promised you a report on the trip so here it is. Hanoi - everything was very good the hotel I would use again,good location,Halong Pheonix Cruise was also very good,the guide there was excellent.
 Hue - everything was very good the hotel was good,the tour went well and the guide you used for the Hue to Hoi An was very likeable and very informative would recommend Mr. Ten to anybody looking for a tour guide.
The hotel was good but would recommend using an inner room viewing the swimming pool or the gardens. The outer rooms are noisy there is a school accross the street. Nha Trang-everything went well,the hotel was good but would look for another if we went there again,the guide didn't have to do much but was likeable and good. Ho Chi Minh City - everything went well the hotel was in a great location the staff was friendly would stay there again. The guide was good but we did not think he was very personable would not recommend him to my friends. Can Tho - trip and tour good the hotel was in a good location but would not stay there again. Phu Quoc - everything went well the hotel,guide were excellent would go back there again. The Cambodia part of the trip was excellent the guide in Siem Reap was personable and informative I would recommend him to everybody I saw.
The hotel in Phnom Penh was not in a good location and would not recommend it.The tour guide was informative and likeable. In closing the trip was more than we expected and we enjoyed the whole experience,we will be coming back in the future.

Thanks for your mail. We had a great time in Vietnam. We are very satisfied with your services in Sapa. Both tour guides are knowledgeable and speak excellent English,the drivers are also nice and professional. The hotel was excellent while the homestay accommodation was up to expectation. The host were kind and the food was delicious. The trains were satisfactory and the Sapaly Express was definitely of good value. Thanks for your advice and we did enjoy a wonderful trip in Vietnam. We will recommend your company to our friends and hope we will meet again in the near future.

Hello Mr. Diep, Let me introduce myself….. I am a good friend of Deep and Sreyashi Sen whom you have helped on their vacation to Hanoi &Sapa in Feb this year (pls see the mail below). I am interested in a very similar holiday plan as you have given for them. There are 2 people on our side - me and my Mother. My dates are 19th April – 25th April. I would like the following services: • 19th Apr:Airport - Hotel drop off (Hilton Opera) • 21st morn:Full day Trip to Halong Bay (we will join another group) • 21st eve – Night train to Sapa + 2 day Sapa visit/ Full program as you have mentioned for Sapa below – we prefer private tour • Arrangement of Train tickets (one way Victoria and one way Livitrans,bec on Sat)

I apologise for the delay in sending this feedback- my travels continued to other countries after Vietnam and I have only recently returned home. We really enjoyed our time in Vietnam and felt that we were able to cover so much despite being a short holiday. Our tour guides were fantastic- they were all very friendly,informative and helpful. In particular,Chin- our tour guide from Hoi An to Hue- really went out of his way to help us and to accommodate to our preferences,which we greatly appreciated. We were happy with our accommodation,which were all within walking distance of places of interest and places to eat. Hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed the Thuy Dong Hotel in Hoi An,which we found to be of a very high standard. We enjoyed the join-in group tours to Halong Bay,Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels,as they gave us the opportunity to also meet other travellers. My only criticism would be that they did not drop us back at our hotel after the Halong Bay cruise as they were running late,and consequently we had to run with our luggage down the very crowded street to meet our car transfer,which was not there when we arrived,although the driver did work hard to then get us to the airport on time,which we appreciated. In general,we were happy with the car transfers in each part. We would like to thank you very much for organising this tour for us,as well as for calling to check up on us throughout the trip.
