Thank you for the hospitality showed by your wonderful guide, Mr Trong. He showed us patience, good knowledge and professionalism especially with my aged parents.
We as a family truly enjoyed the experience in Hanoi. The weather was great. The itinerary was well planned so that we are not too rush to from one place to another. Mr Trong was always on time to pick us up. Thumbs up to him.
Overall, we had a good experience and a wonderful memory to last a lifetime. You may use the photos taken by Mr Trong. Do send me a link so they I can also view them.

Thanks u so much we are happy with the services.. and also especially the guide that bring us to the waterfall in sapa, she really professional and able manage to carry our friends baby most of the time during trekking in the waterfalls.. every things in this trip was awesome and was a good experienced to travel. Also the guide Peter Mike from V'spirit done a good job as a guide very well spoken english and knowledgeable. Thanks once again from us to have well organized this itinerary.
Hope able to come here again and explore other parts of Vietnam!

Visiting Vietnam is great experience - meeting the people, culture and beautiful scenery and places.
Tour guides very helpful.  Same goes to the rest of tour guide, they are friendly and very good.  I had no complain at all and will really miss Vietnam.

Only thing I miss is that I did not have time for shopping and not sure to go on my own in Hanoi shopping.  We did try but we cant communicate at all as  conversation and written on their own languages.

We really appreciate and thank you for helping us in everyday from tour, food and accommodation is perfect.

I would like to thank you and the tour guide Mr Linh on behalf of my parents/grandparents. They were able to converse freely and the tour was comfortable.
Since it was their first time visiting Vietnam, it was for sure that they were worried about any mishaps during the tour. So they were happy and grateful that Mr Linh was able to guide them around patiently.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the tour and would consider having a private tour when we intend to stay longer.
And also I’d like to thank you for your prompt response and kind assistance throughout the booking/payment process. Would love to request private tours from your end in the near future!
