Appropriate salutations for the very good service

Dear Nguyen,
M family and I were very pleased with the tour service.
Our tourguide , Mr Lee was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He gave us lots useful tips ( how to bargain for souvenirs, what to expect and avoid, where to go and eat during our free & easy time etc). Mr Lee also told us many story about Vietnam and the lovely local people.
Our transport van was really comfortable, clean and spacious. Our driver was really professional and helpful, I was really impressed with his driving skill ( he was calm all the time and had smooth driving).

The boat trip to Mekong River was really fun. We had the boat to ourselves (private) so we could explore the island at our pace with no rushing. We even had complimentary coconut water on the boat!
All the food served was really DELICIOUS! My family kept talking about the food, which met our tastebud and at the same time had a bit of Vietnamese local food fusion.
The hotel that we stayed at was amazingly and conveniently close to Ben Thanh market too. The hotel service was very nice and comfortable.
You have been very helpful and attentive too, thank you. Bless you.

The feedback form that I filled in was too short for me to list out all the above, and I feel that your tour company and Mr Lee deserve appropriate salutations for the very good service. I will definitely recommend the tour agency to other people, and will use your tour service again next time I am in Vietnam.

- Communication ( from Day 1 posting interest on website till we left Vietnam) and accessibility with you whenever we approached for anything gave us enough confidence
