I was very impressed with the detail provided on the itinerary-very prompt.

Guides
10/10 for our driver  and out  tour leader / guide! He is a wealth of knowledge- great personality- very vibrant, full of educational information, great company, and very competent. He has great attention to detail to make sure that he could provide anything we might need - including getting a takeaway food for my friend’s father and brother who could not make it to one of the destination due to the father’s illness. That was really kind of him.

Tour
The tour certainly took into account the magnificence of Sapa as well as areas nearby Hanoi such as Halong Bay.. We saw so many different things – waterfall, lush and beautiful vegetation of terrace rice plantations, mountainous areas, caves, the Halong bay and its surroundings etc. All of them were spectacular. It was amazing. There was a good amount of activity each day with not too much down time. Just enough to keep up my journal.

Accommodations
Our accommodations far exceeded our expectation despite the several blackout at Sapa. In all cases they were friendly staff, very good food, and well located. 

Transports
Both the pick-up and drop off at the airport were very comfortable and very punctual - our drivers were fantastic competent drivers and the vehicle were capable for the very poor road conditions especially  at Sapa. We were very impressed.

Meals
In all cases the meals were very good and tasty - well prepared and healthy and most importantly halal - we really appreciated the variety and especially the lovely fruit beverages and fresh fruits.

1.  kilang jual telekung+tudung neelofa, tudung bokitta, baju kurung, jubah lelaki dan perempuan, kain pasang. 3 storey shop (Not Linda Wholesale, I've been there)

I am doing fine. Been busy these couple of days after back from my long leave.
The tour was really good. A very special thanks to the driver and of course Mr Tam our tour guide for the excellent service. We really enjoyed the trip and learned so much about Vietnam history from the stories and experience Mr Tam shared with us. He was very kind and humble and treated us so well. Seriously Ho Chi Minh is so beautiful with so many things to explore. Chu Chi tunnel was really great and Mekong Delta was an unforgetable experience! Especially the boat ride and sampan.
We would also like to thank you for such a wonderfull arrangement. You did a great job!
Overall we are really happy with the service and of course for the souvenir from your company. Thank you!
Perhaps the next time we come over you can give us more discount! :) or at least help us with the hotel bookings on a special rate.
