Discover underground village at Cu chi tunnels. Visitors will find it hard to imagine the destruction, damage & defoliation over this whole area, caused by bombing and mines. There is plenty of evidence of the fierce battle that took place here during the 1960s when Cu Chi was a "Free Target Zone".
Morning: Around 8:00 AM, Muslim Travel Vietnam’s guide will pick you up at your hotel to go to the Cu Chi tunnels (60 Km away). You will start this tour with a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. Then, discover the underground, the maze of tunnels including the secret cellar door, the museum of self-made weapons, the shooting range and the garment-factory ammunition. By these tunnels, you will have a real look at how the Vietcong fighters were able to survive in this tiny underground network. Halal food is served.
Afternoon: The bus comes back to HCM at 2:00 PM. Enjoy free time. You can go to shopping in some markets like Ben Thanh market, War Surplus Market and Cho Lon market to bring back many colorful handicrafts items.
